According to an article by Dawn in 2013, about 30% of children in Southern Punjab were in forced/slave labor, the highest percentage in Pakistan.
Many of these children working in the brick kilns are orphans, and a very great many don’t have consistent access to food and clean water.
Among those helping these families is a friend of mine, a Christian minister in Pakistan. So far we’ve been able to bless his ministry with $723.77 USD (202,727.98 PKR), for kingdom work and specifically to bless the families in need to glory of the Name Jesus.
